Modernization of our injection molding plant.

Conversion to LED.

Conversion of the high rack hall lighting to LED in the scope of a funded project.

Installation of a central resin material handling system (drying, mixing, adding) and installation of a new injection molding machine.

Expansion of the machine park

In August, installation of a further Roto II rotation machine, a 4.7-meter carousel machine with 2 straight arms and 1 L-shaped arm. Entry into service of a second robotic unit.

Installation of the HEM 800 injection molding machine.

Installation of a new substation to improve electricity supply and installation of the HEM 800 injection molding machine. Conversion of hall lighting to LED using funding received. Takeover of the Friedola business in October - which now operates directly via Daimler - since this time we operate a three-shift system.

10-year company anniversary

Celebration of 10 years of the company on 22 July 2016.

2015

Entry into service of a new 3-arm rotation unit

Entry into service of the 3500 carousel rotation unit in September. This expansion of our existing machine park (rotation and injection molding) opens up the means for even higher performance. New to our range of offers is the manufacture of container sizes of up to 7,500 liters.

Expansion and modernization

Expansion and modernization of our injection molding capacity and entry into service of a robot cell for the individual processing of standard wheel coverings on customer request.

2011

Relocation of company

Relocation of the entire production operations from Stadtlengsfeld to Merkers in the Wartburgkreis district of Thuringia, thereby concentration on one site in Germany where we can make long-term plans and have the spatial capacity for our targeted expansion.

Expansion of core business wheel coverings

Sale of the valve business, restructuring and subsequent concentration on the core business of wheel coverings for the agricultural and commercial vehicle industry, the further development and international expansion of this.

Company takeover

In March HENDRICKS Holding Comp., Inc. takes over the assets of the Gas Water Components company in Stadtlengsfeld and adds it to the newly founded Henry Technologies GmbH. Initially, plastic valves for utilities pipes are developed and manufactured using injection molding. In May Henry Technologies GmbH takes over the Technical Products business unit from Dunlop Tech GmbH (a subsidiary of Dunlop) including the trademark rights to DUNLOFLEX. This acquisition enables the improved utilization of injection molding capacity and combines the already existing start-up business for plastic valves with a business with plastic and rubber wheel coverings that has been established for decades.

2005

Company takeover

Henry Technologies USA, Canada, Scotland is acquired by HENDRICKS Holding Company, Inc. in Beloit, Wisconsin. This opens up new financial options for product expansions and international growth. To date, legally independent sister companies with the name Henry Technologies remain in successful operation in the USA, Canada and Scotland. Further corporate acquisitions in 2010 expand this share to Australia, China and South-east Asia.

Development

The family-run company Henry Technologies develops across the course of several generations through extensive corporate acquisitions and product expansions to become a significant supplier of metal components for cooling systems, air conditioners, drying units and liquid control systems, such as valves, pressurized containers, heat exchangers and condensers.

Guy Henry establishes Henry Technologies in Chicago, producing gas lanterns and other accessories for the Model T Ford.
