Henry Technologies GmbH Acquires Moonlight Technology AG and Strengthens Innovation in Lighting Design

Henry Technologies GmbH has successfully acquired Moonlight Technology AG, thereby strategically expanding its position in the technology and design sector. With this acquisition, we are adding an established manufacturer of high-quality lighting solutions "Made in Germany" to our portfolio. 

For over 20 years, Moonlight has stood for innovative and aesthetically sophisticated lighting concepts. The brand's well-known spherical luminaires, as well as its modern sound and floating lights, have made it internationally renowned. 

Preserving Moonlight's identity and strength is of paramount importance to us. The brand will retain its existing form and continue to operate independently in the market. At the same time, the entire team will remain on board, ensuring that their extensive expertise and long-standing experience are fully integrated into the future. 

A key aspect of the transition is the close support provided by Bartolomeo Caputo, CEO of Moonlight Technology. He is personally supporting the integration and will continue to be available to our customers as sales contact for the next two years.
